10+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM. Previous experience as an Account Manager in US Healthcare preferred. Strong knowledge of AR, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, and Denial Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation. Experience in interacting with US clients is a plus.

Willingness to work in US shift timings (if applicable). Strong client-handling capability and ownership mindset. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the medical billing process. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing deliverables (Charges, Payments, AR, Eligibility/Benefits). Review client escalations and provide timely resolutions. Track KPIs and KRAs and prepare performance reports for internal and client review. Conduct regular calls with clients to understand requirements, changes, and expectations. Collaborate with production teams to ensure accuracy and SLA adherence. Identify gaps in processes and provide improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational protocols. Train and support team members on client-specific workflows when required. Previous experience as an Account Manager in US Healthcare preferred.
