Experience Required

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader with 4–6 years of medical coding experience to lead an Surgery coding team. The ideal candidate holds CPC certification or other recognized medical coding credentials, demonstrates strong technical expertise in Surgery guidelines, and has experience supervising, mentoring, and driving quality and productivity improvements.

Eligibility

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Surgery coders to achieve accuracy, productivity, and quality targets. Perform complex surgical coding reviews and audits; handle coding escalations and provide final coding decisions for complex operative cases. Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer policies, and current surgical coding guidelines, including appropriate modifier usage and National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) edits. Monitor team KPIs, including coding accuracy, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), denial rates, and quality audit scores. Provide targeted feedback, conduct regular performance reviews, and develop individualized performance improvement plans. Create and deliver training modules, refresher sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops focused on surgical coding updates, CPT changes, payer-specific requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with physicians, clinical documentation specialists, coding quality teams, revenue integrity, and client stakeholders to resolve documentation deficiencies and complex coding issues. Participate in process improvement initiatives, root-cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions to minimize coding errors, denials, and rework. Maintain and update coding resources, internal guidelines, reference materials, and job aids specific to surgical coding, including specialty-specific procedures and coding scenarios. Support coding audit responses, denial management, and client-specific initiatives to ensure optimal reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Technical Skills

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred; other recognized medical coding certifications (e.g., CCA, CCS-P) also advantageous.

Assistant Facility Manager

Position

Assistant Facility Manager

Experience Required

We are hiring an organized, hands-on Assistant Facility Manager to support day-to-day facility operations for our office floor. This role will supervise housekeeping and security staff, coordinate cab drivers and assigned parking, oversee HVAC and basic tech support issues, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workplace operations. Preferably 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management, office administration, or related operational roles.

Eligibility

Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff and security personnel; assign daily duties, monitor performance, and ensure service standards. Coordinate cab drivers and employee transportation logistics, including schedules, rostering, and incident handling. Manage assigned parking spots: allocation, visitor parking coordination, and enforcement of parking policies. Oversee HVAC operations and facilities maintenance; coordinate preventive maintenance and rapid response for breakdowns. Serve as primary point of contact for vendors (cleaning, security, HVAC, pest control, electrical, plumbing, cab services); negotiate SLAs, monitor contract compliance, and arrange timely invoicing. Provide first-level tech support liaison for facilities-related issues (connects with IT for escalations), including AV setup for meeting rooms. Conduct routine facility inspections, ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain inventory of facility supplies (stationery, consumables, cleaning materials) and initiate procurement as needed. Maintain accurate records: maintenance logs, vendor contracts, incident reports, parking registers, and monthly facility reports. Support emergency preparedness: assist in fire drills, access control, evacuation procedures, and incident response. Coordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and minor workplace improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency, employee experience, and cost control.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.

Technical Skills

Experience managing housekeeping, security teams, and dealing with cab/transport operations. Strong vendor management experience, including negotiating service levels and monitoring performance. Basic technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, and AV systems; ability to coordinate technical repairs and preventive maintenance. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills; able to lead frontline staff and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Professional deportment, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours when required. Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using basic facilities management software or ticketing tools.

Eligibility

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Interventional Radiology (IR/IVR) coding. Strong knowledge of: Human Anatomy and Physiology Medical Terminology ICD-10-CM CPT HCPCS and Modifiers Experience working with EMR/EHR systems is an added advantage. Ability to accurately code complex vascular and non-vascular Interventional Radiology procedures in accordance with current coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements. Experience in supporting denial analysis, coding quality reviews, and internal/external coding audits. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
